Open Access

UDECIC University's scientific journals adopt an open access policy that guarantees the free availability of their content to the entire academic community and the general public. This policy is based on the principles of the Budapest Declaration on Open Access (BOAI), promoting the equitable and unrestricted dissemination of scientific knowledge.
UDECIC University supports open access as a way to strengthen the visibility, impact, and reuse of knowledge, fostering more transparent, collaborative, and inclusive science. In keeping with this commitment, there are no article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees, as editorial costs are fully borne by the institution. UDECIC's editorial system adheres to the definition of open access established by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), according to which authors retain their copyright and grant users permission to read, download, copy, distribute, print, index, and legitimately use the full texts, provided that the integrity of the work is maintained and its authorship is acknowledged.

All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license or equivalent, which permits the use and distribution of the content for academic and non-commercial purposes, while recognizing the author's moral rights.
